We have several over-moulding lines, one of them with double injection system. They are all equipped with robots and automated handlings for the uploading of inserts and the checking of finished parts. Further to the normal horizontal presses, we also have vertical presses provided with rotating tables. We are able to over-mould plastics on metal, but also plastics on plastics. All the workstations for the over-moulding process are equipped with control processes, to verify the stability of the production cycle and scrap, if necessary, any potential defective parts: a procedure that enables us to deliver 100% checked parts.
