NEW HERMLE MILLING MACHINE

Sacel Group has acquired the new Hermle C32U HS Flex automated milling machine, which complements the two robot lines operating in the Ozegna plant, our department for tools construction (metal sheet and injection stamping and automations). Those who work in our industry and deal with CNC machines certainly know the quality and reliability of the Gosheim-based company, a world leader in milling machines.

Their machining centres’ precision and flexibility qualities will allow us to increase our production capacity, work process efficiency and precision in the production and control of every part.

Automated pallet changing system, expanded storage with 124 workstations, sequential work on eight workstations are some of the features that prompted us to choose this tool. A machine that, for example, will allow us to shorten lead times and reach the next level in the precision machining of plastic injection moulds and metal sheet cut stamping tools.
